(PART 4) THE PLAN: How Israel Can End the ‘Palestine’ Fraud AND Collect $2 Trillion in Reparations
Below is a step-by-step action plan to destroy the ‘Palestinian’ hoax and collect $2 Trillion in reparations owed to Jewish people by the United Kingdom and the United Nations.
The Purpose of The Plan
The purpose of destroying the lies and blood libels against Israel is not ‘just’ to honour Menachem Begin’s admonition to protect Israel’s honour and dignity on the world stage as discussed in Part 2; it is also to create opportunities for actual solutions to emerge, realistic solutions that put Israel in control and keep her safe.
This is why we must stop talking about unknowable ‘solutions,’ a path of wishful thinking that has been disastrous for Jews for 60 years since the PLO was founded. We need to talk about truth: Are Jews owners or occupiers under international law? Did the world make solemn promises to the Jewish people under international law or not? Did the world keep those promises, or not? Were countless Jews killed and injured as a result of failures to keep those promises, or not? Do Jews deserve reparations and apologies for the betrayals of international law, or not? We must talk about everything that moves the Overton Window to Israel’s side.
Step 1: Taking the handcuffs off Israel advocacy
Pro-Israel advocacy is limited by a critical factor: the strong tendency of Jewish NGOs to restrict their advocacy to official Israeli government positions. If the Israeli government refuses to talk about land rights, it means that NGOs, especially the larger ones, will likely refuse also, no matter how much damage it does to Israel.
To illustrate: in one bizarre encounter that occurred many years ago, my land rights mentor, the late Salomon Benzimra, author of The Jewish People’s Rights To The Land of Israel, was denounced by a senior representative of a major Canadian Israel NGO after giving a presentation in front of a roomful of receptive Toronto Muslims (likely, the first time in world history!). The representative showed up fifteen minutes late, and when the presentation was over he jumped to his feet to say, “[XYZ Jewish NGO] denounces this presentation! We believe in the two state solution.” Salomon had not talked about ‘solutions,’ only about Israel’s historical land rights under international law (you can see a similar version of his presentation here at my 2014 Israel Truth Week conference).
Afterwards, I approached the Jewish NGO representative. He said, “I have to be going.” I reminded him that he showed up late, and surely he had time for a quick question. I asked, “Did Salomon Benzimra say anything that was not true?” He replied, “Everyone supports the two-state solution” (No Jew I knew at the time did). I again asked, “I get that, but did Salomon say anything that was untrue?” Finally, he admitted, “No, but everyone supports the two-state solution.”
This large NGO was so determined to pursue ‘solutions’ (the official policy of the Israeli government) that it was willing to discredit the land rights truth that a respected Jewish expert and author had shared with Muslims. It was shocking to watch. And very revealing. They and Israel were determined to build peace on a foundation of sand instead of on the bedrock of truth.
Our challenge as we attempt to shift the Overton Window towards pro-Israel policies is that Israel’s government and the NGOs are likely to get in the way, less so—hopefully— since the October 7th horrors.
TO DO:
Those able to move in Israeli political circles need to bring the land rights and this plan to the attention of Israeli MKs and NGOs. Send them this series and ask them to discuss the Mandate For Palestine and how to use it to shift the Overton Window.
Those who are not connected politically need to organize to draw attention to the land rights by using this plan as a guide, gaining traction in the media as well as Jewish and Christian circles. If thousands of people are making noise about the land rights and the betrayals of them by Britain/UK and the United Nations, Israel’s politicians and NGOs will be encouraged to jump in front and start leading the parade.
Step 2: Learning how to deal with ‘solutions’ questions
Every time the ‘solutions’ issue is raised, the answer should be, “Israel gave away land to Muslims in 1922 (Trans-Jordan) and again in 2005 (Gaza) as well as pursuing decades of other so-called solutions, and all we received in return was terror and war Now, it’s time to put truth before solutions so we can deal with reality. ”
The response will likely be, “Yes, but what do we do with the Palestinians?” Answer: “We don’t need to know the answer to that right now. For decades, we have put solutions ahead of truth and it has been a disaster. Now, we need to put truth before solutions. When the truth is widely known, the solutions will appear.”
Once the world believes it has been hornswoggled by an Islamic death cult and its support for ‘Palestinian’ violence dies, this might convince the ‘Palestinians’ that the time has come to live in peace with their Jewish neighbours (highly unlikely until ‘Palestinians’ have been de-Nazified). If not, at least Israel will have a much freer hand to bring about a military solution if necessary. It may also open doors to repatriating Gazans/‘Palestinians’ to another country where they can no longer harm the Jewish state. Anything becomes possible once the lies are ended. Truth Before Solutions. Always.
Step 3a: Teaching the Mandate For Palestine
There are 2 critical things to be done to restore and safeguard Israel’s reputation: First is making sure that the Jewish people and their allies understand Israel’s forgotten land rights in the Mandate For Palestine, and how to use them to destroy the ‘stolen land’ blood libel. This should take the form of direct education and the integration of the Mandate into culture.
The second critical task is to take the fight for justice to the world stage. Step 4 below sets out a plan for that.
TO DO:
Ideally, these steps should be kicked off with an international press conference by Israel’s prime minister to put the world on notice that Israel will no longer allow the ‘stolen land’ blood libel to go unchallenged. As an example, read this imaginary speech I wrote for PM Netanyahu in 2017 called, Truth Before Solutions: A New Path to Peace. It is as valid today as it was then. Unfortunately, until the movement has ‘legs,’ it is unlikely that the Israeli government will support it, therefore, we must go it alone…at least for a while.
This plan has many aspects that will take time to implement, but the good news is that we can begin one of the most important steps almost immediately by conducting a Mandate training tour across Canada, the US, the UK and Australia for every shul, pro-Israel organization and to every teacher in every diaspora school. The tour would begin with Canada. I and my teaching program are ready to go once an organization takes responsibility for organizing and financing the tour, including the curriculum materials for students. I require no salary, only expenses. My training booklet can be found at IsraelTruthWeek.org. I have used it to personally train over 650 supporters of Israel.
Train The Trainers: Identify potential trainers and teachers to take land rights training to the world of Jews and Israel supporters. These Mandate Ambassadors would receive training on the Overton Window and responding to objections, and be able to consult and present the material to others.
Teach Israel’s land rights in every Israeli school, to every IDF member, to every Israeli government official. Priority should be given to identifying Hebrew speakers as Mandate Ambassadors for this urgent purpose.
Establish ‘flying squads’ of Mandate land rights intervenors to visit countries, states/provinces, large school boards and corporations to head off and/or revoke anti-Israel policies based on the ‘stolen land’ blood libel.
Establish a network of Israel-friendly lawyers with expertise in Israel’s land rights and international law that Mandate Ambassadors and the flying squads can call on when needed.
Create a central website about the Mandate and land rights that students can refer non-allies to for information. We cannot expect students with basic training to be able to handle complex debates and issues. Those will be for the Mandate Ambassadors.
Create Mandate-based school curriculum for students subject to anti-Israel propaganda within public school systems. Teach the teachers, Jewish and non-Jewish.
Produce pamphlets about the Mandate for supporters to use in outreach.
Integrate Mandate information into all outreach efforts inside Israel, such as JNF Educators Missions, Independence Hall, etc.
Integrate Mandate information into all outreach efforts outside Israel as part of lobbying efforts on behalf of the Jewish community.
Step 3b: Creating a Mandate culture
TO DO:
Create a national holiday to promote the memory of the Mandate For Palestine and the 1920 San Remo Conference that gave it life.
Create children’s books based on the Mandate and its history.
Write historical novels that include the Mandate.
Produce documentaries about the Mandate.
Produce feature movies that include the Mandate, i.e. produce a remake of Exodus that includes the Mandate history as key background in the struggle for independence against British injustice and betrayal.
Produce art to support a Mandate culture.
Step 4. Conducting Overton Window-based counter-propaganda campaigns

TO DO:
Conduct a Mandate Campaign vs. UK:
a. Demand apologies and reparations for Britain’s betrayals of her fiduciary obligations under Section 6 of the Mandate For Palestine to facilitate Jewish immigration and settlement which resulted in the deaths of millions of Jews during the Holocaust. (see Part 1)
b. Demand apologies for the UK violation of international law when in 2025 it illegally recognized ‘Palestine’ terrorists as a state on land that was already acknowledged as the “Jewish national home” in the League of Nations Mandate For Palestine of which Britain was the Mandatory power and a founding member of the League. As discussed in Part 1 (ss: Britain: The Great Betrayer), when the UK recognized ‘Palestine’ as a state, Mahmoud Abbas immediately demanded $2 Trillion in ‘reparations.’ If there are reparations to be paid, they should be made to Israel and the Jewish people, and there must be a persistent campaign to make that happen.
Conduct a Mandate Campaign vs. United Nations
Demand apologies and reparations for the refusal of the United Nations to uphold Article 80 of the UN Charter which was intended to protect prior-existing rights under the Mandates system. The United Nations is responsible for much of the bloodshed against the Jewish state due to its consistent demonization of the Jewish state and refusal to respect and defend her Article 80 land rights in the Mandate For Palestine. The UN should be constantly facing demands for reparations and apologies to put them on the defensive and highlight Israel’s forgotten and betrayed land rights on the world stage.
Conduct Mandate Campaigns vs. Canada, Australia, France
The founding members of the League of Nations included Canada, Australia and France (and many others) who were also party to the 1922 League of Nations Mandate For Palestine in which Palestine/Israel was recognized as the “national home” of the Jewish people under international law. Therefore, the recognition granted in 2025 by those countries to ‘Palestinian’ terrorists as having claim on any land west of the Jordan River is illegal and immoral. This recognition must be revoked with apologies made to the Government of Israel.
The near-term objective of these campaigns is not to achieve apologies and reparations; the objective is to use them as weapons of truth to highlight the injustices committed against the Jewish people by putting the perpetrators on the defensive using Overton Window principles. Getting to the point of actual apologies will take years of consistent campaigning and messaging. Israel’s enemies did not shift the Overton Window so dramatically overnight, therefore, we must learn from our enemies to be patient and determined.
